To improve individual & organizational options for dealing with conflict. The basic idea is that by controlling the impact of internal conflict & wrongful discharge, the corporation – by utilizing the mediation process – can create a more stable environment for greater profitability.

Conflict Coaching

Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process working with individuals to improve their involvement with conflict. Coaching uses a process of inquiry to build the client's awareness; & provides the client with feedback from which to structure & achieve professional & personal goals.

Estate and Elder Law

This is an area where we use the co-mediation model, working closely with Elder Law Attorneys & perhaps Elder Care Managers in addressing dispersed family groups, parental independence, strategies for financial management & asset protection. It is possible for mediators to step into the critical but delicate family conversations around issues such as financial planning, inheritance/estate disputes, medical decisions, family communications, guardianship & care-giving.

Family & Divorce

Child-custody mediation is an alternative to an adversarial divorce; it is less difficult for children; and using our mediators, you are able to more easily shift from the spousal role, which is ending, to the parental role, which is continuing. Our goal is to help the parents create the clarity and focus on the future and assist them in creating a plan which will allow the children to maintain trust in each of the parents as behaviors adjust.
